A Message From Our Founder
I came here from China when I was 10, just me and my grandmother, and I couldn’t speak a word of English. Like a lot of first-generation immigrants, I learned pretty quickly that you make it through hard work, never giving up, and believing this country really does give you a shot if you’re willing to take it. That spirit—wanting to build something better, refusing to quit, and giving back to the place that gave you a chance—drives everything we do here.
Every day, we’re trying to build technology that actually matters for the people keeping our communities safe. It’s the same determination that brought my family here looking for something better.
We work on digital modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI, software development, and cloud engineering. What I’m proud of is seeing our solutions grow way beyond what we thought possible. Something we built for one agency ends up getting used across entire departments. Tools we created for specific problems are now helping multiple organizations across the federal government.
The technology matters, but it’s really about the people doing the work. When a government team uses our systems and cuts hours of manual work down to minutes, they get to focus on what actually matters. When agencies use our cloud solutions and can access data and work together better, decisions get made faster and people get better results. When our AI helps organizations spot patterns they never saw before, programs work better and taxpayers get more for their money.
Our success comes down to treating people right and doing the right thing, whether we’re working with government partners, our own team, or the communities they serve. We keep communication open and make sure everyone has a voice in how we can get better.
Looking ahead, we’re focused on smart solutions that strengthen national security and help modernize government technology. Through machine learning, identity verification, access management, and threat detection, we help organizations stay ahead of new challenges with real speed and precision. We’re always trying to see beyond the horizon for what’s coming next.
I’m committed to keep pushing our capabilities forward and staying ahead of new technologies. This isn’t about being the biggest company out there—it’s about delivering results that matter for every partner we work with.
Our mission hasn’t changed: use the best people and technology to help secure America’s future, one solution at a time. Together, we see beyond the horizon.
